Nobby’s week 18 in review

_87058806_gettyimsadfChelsea’s woes continue after Bournemouth were the latest to snatch the candy from Jose’s hands. Eddie Howe said it was their biggest ever result forgetting they did the double over the Addicks the season and way before Chelsea became easy pickings they beat Grimsby in 2009 to secure the Cherries league status. A much bigger scalp!

Newcastle only went and won as well, at least putting a stop to Jurgen Klopp’s cheesy grin. Man City lost to Stoke, the noisy neighbours still having three more shots on goal than 0-0 specialists United did at home to West Ham.

Villa got a valuable point at Southampton and Gary Monk’s tightrope got narrower after they were stuffed by top of the table Leicester. What a great story that is. Watford beat Norwich and are 9th, Palace are 8th after their away form continued at Goodison. Unlucky not to get all 3 points was that twat Pardew.

WBA and Spurs drew 1-1 and Arsenal washed aside Sunderland (that would be funnier if they had beaten Carlisle, but hey ho) 3-1.

Week 18 results as follows:

Mon 7 Dec 2015 – Premier League
Everton 1-1 Crystal Palace

Sun 6 Dec 2015 – Premier League
Newcastle 2-0 Liverpool

Sat 5 Dec 2015 – Premier League
Stoke 2-0 Man City
Arsenal 3-1 Sunderland
Man Utd 0-0 West Ham
Southampton 1-1 Aston Villa
Swansea 0-3 Leicester
Watford 2-0 Norwich
West Brom 1-1 Tottenham
Chelsea 0-1 Bournemouth
